Why MuscleEats?

Most meal prep services give you ingredients and tell you to cook. Or they serve you the same handful of dishes on rotation until you lose interest. We take a different approach.

Every week, our chefs cook a selection of high-protein, restaurant-quality meals using quality ingredients. You choose what you want from the menu before Friday evening, and everything arrives fresh on Sunday, portioned, labelled, and ready to heat in minutes.

There's no shopping. No chopping. No hour-long Sunday meal prep. Just good food that supports your training, on your schedule.

The food

Our menu changes regularly and covers a wide range of proteins, carbohydrates, and macros. From teriyaki salmon with edamame purée to lamb rump with carrot purée and toasted pine nuts. These aren't "diet" meals. They're proper dishes, made properly.

Every meal comes with a full macro breakdown so you always know what you're eating.

How it works

You subscribe to a weekly plan of 5, 10, or 15 meals. Each week you log into your dashboard before Friday 8PM and choose which dishes you want. If you don't change anything, your previous week's selection carries over automatically.

Meals are cooked fresh every Sunday and delivered to your door. No contracts. Cancel any time.
