Everything you need to know about your MuscleEats subscription.

You subscribe to a weekly meal plan of 5, 10, or 15 meals per week. Each week you log into your dashboard and select which dishes you want from our current menu. The cut-off is Friday at 8PM. We cook everything fresh on Sunday and deliver directly to your door across Glasgow. There are no long-term contracts and you can cancel at any time.

The weekly cut-off is Friday at 8PM. This gives us enough time to order the correct quantities of ingredients before cooking begins on Sunday. You can update, swap, or repeat your meal selection any time during the week through your customer dashboard. If you don't make any changes before the deadline, your previous week's selection carries over automatically, so you're never left without meals.

Yes. You can cancel or pause your subscription at any time directly from your customer dashboard. There are no cancellation fees and no minimum commitment period. If you cancel before Friday 8PM, the change takes effect from the following week. We never lock you in. If your schedule changes or you need a break, you're in full control.

Yes, you can switch between the 5, 10, and 15 meal plans at any time from the My Plan section of your dashboard. The change takes effect from your next weekly order. This makes it easy to scale up during heavy training weeks or scale back when your schedule is lighter, without changing your subscription entirely.

Yes. If you find a dish you love, you can select it multiple times within your weekly plan. For example, if you're on the 10-meal plan and want to have the teriyaki salmon four times that week, you can. Simply click the dish card multiple times when choosing your meals and it will register as multiple portions. This is especially useful for athletes who are tracking macros and want to repeat a meal that fits perfectly into their targets.

We currently deliver across Glasgow and the surrounding areas, including the West End, Southside, East End, City Centre, and many nearby towns. Delivery is included in all plans at no extra cost. Enter your postcode during checkout to confirm that we deliver to your address. If you're unsure, get in touch and we'll be happy to let you know.

All MuscleEats meals are delivered fresh and will keep refrigerated for 4 to 5 days from delivery. They are never frozen, which means you get better texture, better taste, and better nutritional quality compared to pre-frozen alternatives. For best taste and quality, consume your meals throughout the week starting from delivery day. Each container is labelled with the dish name and macro breakdown.

Our menu includes dishes suitable for meat eaters, pescatarians, and vegetarians. Each dish is clearly labelled so you can filter by what works for your diet. All meals are designed to be high in protein, and the full macro breakdown (calories, protein, carbohydrates, and fat) is displayed for every dish. If you have a specific allergy or intolerance, please contact us before subscribing so we can advise accordingly.

Most meal prep services either send you raw ingredients to cook yourself, or serve you basic "diet" food that prioritises calories over quality. MuscleEats takes a different approach: we cook restaurant-quality dishes that are specifically designed to be high in protein and macro-balanced, so you don't have to choose between eating well and eating right. We're a local Glasgow kitchen, not a large factory operation, which means fresher food, more care, and a menu that actually changes and evolves based on what's in season and what our customers enjoy.
